It’s Here!
April 27th, 2010 . by CaryI was going to title this post “The Dawning of a New Era” but that seemed a bit pretentious. So, instead, it’s here! The day I move up to a white collar job … again.
For those who don’t know, today I start a full-time position as the store manager for a neat little place called Kidstop Toys.
That’s right, I get to play with some pretty incredible toys all day long. AND get paid for it!
The best part? No more cab driving. TMBWitW and MEG are very happy that I am not driving a cab. MEG will be disappointed when I no longer bring home a green car. She’ll get over it, about the time toys start coming home!

Tom – it’s fun, but I don’t mind leaving my work at work!
Fred – that happens May 13, two days before a big “Toy Tester” event, and MEG gets to come to work with me and play while the local Fox channel films a spot for the event. That should be fun.

Provided FOX 10 here in Phoenix saves the weather bits to youtube, you might be able to see some after the 13th – they are going to do the morning show weather from in front of the store, with some of the Toy Tester events for the 15th set up! I’ll see what I can do about getting that on the ‘nets…
